Orginially from Ohio, I went to the big city of New York for about 5 years (mainly for school), and now I am working towards my masters at Cambridge in England. I hope this website gives everyone a taste of what my life is like here... and if nothing else I think you will find it fun and entertaining!!

Fun Photos with Joannah...
The Saturday after the Churchill Ball was gorgeous outside in the afternoon... so Joannah and I decided to head out and take cool photos of Cambridge. Some turned out better than others... but I thought you all might enjoy looking at them (especially the friends and family back home)...
The sky... while it was pretty when we first headed out... a couple hours into our adventure, the sky just turned kind of gray and yucky :( so sad...
First stop... the UL... University Library...
amazing how many times I have seen the outside, but have STILL never managed to be allowed in.
The road towards town from the library.
And crossing over to the other side... soon we will not be in the backs ohhhh ahhhhh....
I really like this photo of some people punting on the Cam.
Some punts and a bridge... so many bridges... I never know which is which.
2 lonely punts.
So peaceful and serene....
Almost fell into the Cam hahaha
Oh no!! The sun is starting to set... I can't get over how early the sun sets in this country!!
Everyone out for a Saturday afternoon stroll... or biking crazily with groceries... you pick.
The alley that Joannah takes to get to work hehe.
One lonely bike... and I LOVE the bike signs... bikes are almost like cars here.
No grid streets here like in Manhattan... things just curve everywhere...

Awesome architecture... I already am used to it and take it for granted!!
hehe if this tower went really high... wouldn't it remind you of Rapunzel?

I feel like I'm in jail AHHHH!!!
This reminds me of Stanford... although I have only been there a few times... hehe not totally sure why

The Porter's Lodge at Trinity... although the Churchill porters are the BEST!!!
It is Saturday... so the arts and crafts market is taking place.
One of the little main streets with shops and boutiques... isn't Cambridge so cute?
Not sure who this guy is... but thought it was really funny that a bird was sitting on his hand hehehe.
