Orginially from Ohio, I went to the big city of New York for about 5 years (mainly for school), and now I am working towards my masters at Cambridge in England. I hope this website gives everyone a taste of what my life is like here... and if nothing else I think you will find it fun and entertaining!!

Snow in Cam
On Thursday (November 18), I had such a busy packed day. I was at the plodge by 6.40 am to go rowing in the morning. I went to work and had real work that I had to get done. Then I had class from 2-4 pm, and we played this game with dice and bingo pieces which was entertaining for a bit. I then returned to lab until about 7.15 pm when I headed over to the Judge Institute of Management (the cool, colorful, almost circus like building across from the Engineering building). I went to a seminar put on by the Entrepreneurial Society, which was quite informative and inspirational. While sitting in the seminar, I just happened to glance out through one of the many wonderful circular windows in the classroom and saw snow falling through the beam of light out on the street. After pizza, nibbles and wine (and meeting some very interesting new people)... I went outside to see that I had not been going crazy, and it was in fact the first snow of the season at Cambridge. Some snow was still remaining on the ground outside of my home today since it is quite cold, so here is a picture of my garden that I took through the window in the kitchen.
Now I will post the much more entertaining photos from the men's auction...
Hugs,
Diana :)
