The Life of Diana

So I am sitting in my room yesterday... minding my business... chatting on AIM... when I hear things exploding outside.  I thought "OHHHHH NOOOO.... they are trying to kill the Americans because Bush was re-elected... and everyone knows that Churchill has TONS of Americans"... so I slowly creep to the window after hearing about 6 explosions, and lo and behold, I see fireworks hehe. So it turns out that they celebrate every year when Guy Fawkes tried to blow up their House of Parliament... now why they want to have such a big party for such a big traitor to their country I do NOT understand... but here is a website with more information about this holiday for those of you who are interested: http://www.bonefire.org/guy/.  So I quickly run and grab my camera to take photos to prove to everyone that I was talking to online at the time, that I am NOT completely nuts....

Keep in mind these were taken from my window in my room... the fireworks really must have been like a couple streets down.

This was not a cheap little firworks display.... I was quite impressed :)
