The Life of Diana

So my week here has officially started.... yeah I know that sounds weird to the outside world... but in this bubble we call Cambridge, weeks officially begin on Thursday. Why you may ask? Tradition!! Even calendars are shown Thursday to Wednesday. So the free vegetarian home cooked meal was an experience hehe. It was basically spicy horrible vegies with white rice... then there was this unrecognizable weird thick dark brown sauce, and rather soggy version of the noodles they give you to nibble on at chinese restaraunts in america, plus this really strangely gross dessert. Plus Paul and I (the only two people we knew that were crazy enough to go) had to sit through an hour and a half of this guy talking about some crazy beliefs about how really human's bodies aren't made for meat and it is horrible for us blah blah blah... personally I could go for a nice big kosher steak hehe... or at least a pastrami sandwich yummmmy!! The good part of the evening though was getting lost in Kings and Trinity and seeing the amazing court yards and buildings... hehe although granted it would be even better during day light. Anyway now I have to get to bed so I can wake up for the 9 am class that I HAVE to audit since my advisor is teaching it!! I love my advisor though!! He is a great teacher.
