The Life of Diana

Last night was beer night with the Magdalene Drinking Society... apparently called jugs or something???  They were tons of fun and I think I speak for everyone when I say we had a really awesome time.  I am terribly sorry about the delay in the posting of these pictures... but this whole Internet being down thing really threw me off.  Since a lot of you are new to the way this works, feel free to show anyone the pictures and if you want the full quality pictures to print out, just let me know and I will send them to you... I put up lower quality versions so that people with dial-up Internet don't have to wait forever for the pictures to show up.  Enjoy the pictures and the commentary hehe....

The night started out with a wonderful game of beer pong... GO ALEX!!!! hehe actually I guess I have to cheer for everyone playing since the teams both contain fellow Churchillians.

This was supposed to be an overview shot of the MCR... but it is hard when standing on a chair and just holding it out in front of you without looking hehe.

YAAY look at all the cool people.  Two Magdalene guys with three super cool Churchill ladies.  I learned that Patrick (the guy next to Shoop wearing a brown coat) is actually from Sleepy Hollow, New York... that is such a cool but scary place to be from!!

David and Vanessa were trying to relax until I came over and forced them into a picture hehe... but come on, I was voted the official Churchill photographer for the MCR!!!

Some Magdalene people... wellll and the date of John (no, no, no... not the John you saw playing beer pong above... yet another John from Magdalene... I believe he is called Little John?? haha) 

Churchill and Magdalene unite!!! hehe I just was praying that Little John would not spill the glass of alcholic beverage (I would say beer... but it looks too red perhaps) on Vanessa's head.

hehe oooook I have no idea what this picture is about... why is everyone touching my head with a finger??  Well at least it is better than someone holding a glass of beer above my head haha!!!

Kate and Moira were hiding outside in the TV room... perhaps this is because they had a bag of very yummy chocolate chip cookies (see the blue bag in kate's hand)... but lucky for me I came out at just the right time and got one YAAY!! But don't worry, I gave everyone a bite from the cookie, so I really only had a small bite of it.... but that bite sure was yummmmy!!!

Alex is now playing beer pong... and Rachel is cheering her on YAAY!!!

So I am really complete rubbish with names... but I could swear these two guys are Arthur and Henry... but please tell me if I am wrong.  They looked so bored sitting all alone, so John (hehe beer pong John) and I decided I should go talk to them... turns out that one is from Churchill and the other is working but used to be from Churchill.

Alex and Pav... they looked like they were having such a wonderful conversation, so I just had to document it!!

hehe Shoop, if you are going to be a photographer, we are going to have to start with the very basics first... when it is dark, make sure the flash is on!! Other than that, you are an AMAZING photographer hun!!

This is how our wonderful bartender Lucy spent the night.... how cute!!!  hehe it almost looks like he is about to propose, right?

Sorry I bothered your absolutely adorable coversation for 30 seconds... but I HAD to get a photo of you two.  It is really cool, because actually Lucy and Ed are from the same town and actually sang in the same choir back when they were 10... but never talked to each other back then.  It is funny how sometimes you have to go so far away just to meet the perfect person who was right under your nose all along.

Ok if we don't all end up friends forever, I am personally going to be very upset!!

Little John... who unfortunately for him, is not on the cool people list!!! hehe if he begs me, then I just might be willing to still add him in... but I don't know with how he dissed me!!

John has very different form... he seems to concentrate very hard... but it does seem to work rather effectively hehe.

This shot was very memorable... Little John missed... and Tattyana got him on the next shot... YAAY Tattyana!!! Although I must say, Little John is very talented in drinking his beer amazingly fast... I really wonder if anyone could beat him... maybe this is what he learned in Glasgow?

YAAY Go Shooop!!! The game was so close the whole way.... but in the end, I am sad to report, that the poor group of Churchill Ladies lost... sniff, sniff ;(

Ok so either my flash is uber bright, or alchol naturally makes people close their eyes... because so many pictures from tonight have people with their eyes closed or partially closed.

I am so happy that Stephanie was able to make it for a bit... even though it was raining sooo hard and she was soaked from biking... it was still great fun, right Stephanie?

I hope all of the Magdlene people had as much fun as we had!! I can't wait for formal hall at Magdalene because you people are really cool and lots of fun!!  Also, I hope all of you decide to come to our Halloween happenings this friday.
