Orginially from Ohio, I went to the big city of New York for about 5 years (mainly for school), and now I am working towards my masters at Cambridge in England. I hope this website gives everyone a taste of what my life is like here... and if nothing else I think you will find it fun and entertaining!!

Paris Day 2
Another fun packed day in Paris!! We hit up a bunch of museums, and it hardly rained WOOO HOOO!!!
Our first stop... Notre Dame

Did you know that you can open panes of a stained glass window for ventilation?? I think that is hilarious!!

Fallic object in the middle of the street... GO NESS!!! ... hehe and yes I did get yelled at by vanessa for standing in the middle of the street to take the photo.
But wasn't it worth it??

we went to a book store to figure out where we could find rachel's longchamp store... and i photographed the book so we would be able to find it ;)

ohhh this one is for your rachel!! This means a river (probably the nile)... because anytime a sculpture is shown lying in this position, it almost always means a river... Rachel taught us all about classics!!

The back wall was really coool... it had all of these paper ghosts, with lights shining on them from behind glass, and the paper would move around behind the glass so it looked like moving monsters :)

He used to make lots of sculptures, and then take the bits he liked from different sculptures and put them together to make the ultimate sculptures

what is this ness? This is where we sat to relax and almost got run over by crazy skateboarders... and rachel said if one of them hit us with their skateboards, she would have broken their skateboard in half and thrown it in the fountain... meanwhile us little legs would have just run ;)

Next time we are staying here!!
woooah they look sleepy
so they bought wine... but had no bottle openner... so shoop and i went to the bar across the street and asked them nicely to open it, and they did :) hahaha TAKE THAT you evil hostel... our hostel would not open it for us in their bar because they wanted us to buy their alchol!! Plus, they are evil because they would not turn the music down in their bar until like 2 am and it was super loud even in our room with our door shut... and this is supposed to be one of the better hostels in Paris!! hehehe but the funniest was our toilet... so we had our own private toilet which was nice... but you literally could not turn around inside it with the door shut... Vanessa and Rachel had a hard time even sitting down because they are so tall and their knees would hit the door... it was clausterphobic nightmare!!!

And then we passed out... i am sure that wine before sleep was really helpful haha!! But we had to be well rested for our last day in Paris... booo hooo!!
